We’d love for it to be kinda like an MBA…except instead of learning how to run someone else’s business, you build your own business. And instead of graduating with thousands of dollars of debt, you graduate with thousands of dollars of profit.

You’ll be amongst the very first people to be taking this new program, and we’ll be building it with you, based on your feedback. This means you’ll get insane levels of access to me and the team as we do whatever we can to help you work towards the goal of a $100k/y+ lifestyle business.

How to Build a Lifestyle Business To Reach Financial Freedom

Phase 1 – Ideation: Find your Profitable Lifestyle Business Idea (Weeks 1-2)

This is where we help you figure out your niche, your offer, and your simple sales system. We hit the ground running – the goal is to get you through this level within 2 weeks. In that time, we want to have nailed your niche, first draft offer, and premium pricing so that we have a compelling product to offer to the marketplace.

Phase 2 – Validation: Work Towards your First Sale (Months 1-3)

Now that we have something to sell, we need people to buy it. This is where magnetic marketing comes in – authentic marketing that attracts your target audience without feeling sleazy or salesy.

We’ll help you build out your content engine, outreach system, and discovery call framework so that you can have meaningful conversations with potential buyers, refine your offer based on market validation, and ultimately land your first paying client.

Phase 3 – Momentum: Scale to a Run Rate of $100k/y (Months 3-12)

Now that we’ve validated our offer and landed our first paying client, we need streamlined systems for authentic lead generation, incredible client results and scalable business operations so that we can continue scaling the business to $8.4k/m in revenue ($100k/y run rate). This is how we take you from your starting point to a $100k/y lifestyle business.

Beyond $100k/y: At this point, if you’ve enjoyed working with us, and we’ve enjoyed working with you, we’d love to invite you to continue working with us to scale your business through Levels 4 and 5, from $100k/y to $1m/y and beyond 😉

The Program: How it Actually Works

The Lifestyle Business Academy is a 6 month programme is built around three core pillars:

Layer 1 – Curriculum: Step-by-Step Training on All Aspects of Entrepreneurship

1 – Weekly Workshops – Just like a traditional MBA, you’ll get weekly lectures, mostly from me (Ali) but sometimes from expert specialists in various fields like ads, sales, marketing, operations etc, depending on what you need as you progress through the program. Sessions will be interactive, where you’ll actually be doing stuff to help grow your business, rather than just passively consuming content. And in case you can’t make the live sessions, everything will be recorded, edited and added to our Library where you can access stuff 24/7, along with worksheets, resources, custom AI tools, etc.

2 – Your Lifestyle Business Workbook – You’ll get access to a lovely Workbook personalised for you, with distinct Quests for each of the milestones you’ll be working through. Each Quest contains step-by-step instructions and checklists that you can follow along with. This takes the guesswork out of working on your business – just follow the steps, submit your worksheets for feedback at various intervals, and you’ll be on your way to a $100k/y Lifestyle Business 😀

3 – The Core Lifestyle Business Curriculum – And finally, there’s the core curriculum itself. We’ve got a series of dedicated lessons for every stage of your journey, helping you go from initial offer creation to validation to scaling beyond your first sale. We’re constantly adding and updating the materials too as we work to make the Academy as useful as possible for you.

Layer 2 – Coaching: Personalised Support to Get You Unstuck and Make Progress

1 – Accountability Squads – You’ll be placed in a Squad of ~6 students with one dedicated coach who leads a 45-minute weekly Zoom session where each person shares wins, reports on last week’s commitment, sets one priority for this week, and flags any blockers they’re facing. This format is based on the tutorial system used by Oxford and Cambridge, which is proven to dramatically increase completion rates compared to passive learning alone. During your 1:1 onboarding with your coach, you’ll choose a time slot that you can reliably commit to (although you can swap Squads if needed anytime).

2 – Weekly Coaching Clinics – These are live group coaching sessions running multiple times per week across different time zones where you get focused, expert guidance on whatever you’re struggling with, including Niches, Offers, Marketing, Sales, Content and Operations. Over time, as the program evolves, we’ll add / modify sessions to suit your needs, all with the aim of building towards your $100k/y+ Lifestyle Business.

1 – The LBA Slack Community – the main LBA community will be hosted on Slack where there are dedicated spaces where you can post sales pages, content, or business materials for detailed feedback from coaches and peers. The community operates like a professional network with topic-specific discussions for marketing, sales, operations, and mindset, plus a space to share wins and celebrate progress with others who are building their own $100k+ lifestyle businesses.

2 – Accountability Squad Groups – You’ll be added to a Slack group for your specific Accountability Squad where you can get further support and chat with other members of your Squad, share weekly goals and get additional support between calls. Hopefully, you’ll make friends and business associates for life as you go through the program 🙂

Limited Bonus: Unlimited 1:1 Slack Support from Ali and Team 🤯

Yep – we’re doing it. As an experiment for the early cohorts, to make sure you have all the support you could possibly need, you’ll be added to a private Slack channel with you, me (Ali), Angus (our general manager), and your coach. You can use this Slack channel to ask any questions you want, and we’ll get back to you within a business day or two.

The Investment

We’d love for you to be part of the Academy for the next 3 years as we help you grow your Lifestyle Business from zero to $1m+. We hope it’ll be the best thing you’ve ever invested in, that’ll give you phenomenally good returns and drastically accelerate your path to financial freedom.

But…instead of asking you to commit for 3 years, the initial commitment period is 6 months. This is enough time for you to get to know us, for us to get to know you, and for you to make serious progress in your business.

The investment for the 6-month commitment period is $9800.

At the end of your first 6 months, we’ll have a conversation about whether we’d like to continue working together 🙂

If based on your application, we feel like you’re not a good fit for the program, we’ll send you an email letting you know why, and we’ll fully refund your deposit.
